Fully ripe grapes from a protected south-facing site were hand-selected and pressed after two days of maceration. The aging took place over 10 months in oak barrels.
The wine presents itself in a strong amber color. On the palate, mineral richness dominates alongside mild acidity and fascinating aromas of hazelnut, plum, and cinnamon. Balanced tannins and creamy texture with a dry finish make the wine an excellent companion to spicy aged cheeses as well as desserts with nuts, nougat, coffee, and caramelized fruits.

Bright golden yellow, amber reflections. Subtle herbal spice, hints of passion fruit, a touch of violet, delicate fig notes, inviting bouquet. Juicy, taut, good complexity, salty, tight acid structure, marshmallow and herbal spice in the finish, good food companion
