Shipping policy

 

 

Currently, we ship orders of 12 bottles or more (also mixed) free of charge!

For orders of less than 12 bottles, we charge a flat shipping fee of 8,-- euros in Austria and 12,-- euros in all other countries.

Shipping costs are a tricky matter today... thanks to Amazon, we are already quite used to having every order at home the next day and without any shipping costs. We also like that and want to offer it to our valued customers. 

Nevertheless, shipping our wines costs quite a bit of money... to optimize shipping costs, we therefore offer free shipping from 12 bottles (also mixed)! If you want to support us a little here, it would be great if you could order in units of 6 to optimize shipping costs... 6 bottles, 12 bottles, or multiples thereof...

Currently, we ship our wines to the following countries:

Austria Belgium
Germany Denmark
Italy Luxembourg
Netherlands Hungary
Poland Slovakia
Slovenia Czech Republic
 

Interested parties from other countries are asked to contact us using the contact options listed under the "Contact" menu item.

We currently ship our wines via DPD in special shipping boxes for 6 or 12 bottles. Larger orders can also be handled by an external freight forwarder; please contact us regarding this using one of the contact options listed in the "Contact" section.

 

Insurance: 

All wine packages are insured against transport damage (bottle breakage or loss of the package) up to a merchandise value of €520,--! Even for higher order values, the shipment of the goods is not at the consumer's risk.

Other:

There is no minimum order value.
