Pinot Blanc Reserve
A complex arc of fruit with nutty notes, followed on the palate by ripe pear, orange and delicate caramel; creamy and full-bodied, with abundant fruit and balanced acidity, layered through the long, mineral finish. A versatile food companion with excellent potential for development.
Ried Rabenstein, Grüner Veltliner, Weinviertel DAC Reserve
Spicy and fruity on the nose, underpinned by tobacco, pepper and toasty aromas. Delicately creamy, dense and powerful on the palate, with notes of pear, pineapple and candied limes. Rich in extract, with fresh acidity and vibrant minerality on the long finish. The Rabenstein site, with vines up to 50 years old, produces Grüner Veltliner with plenty of character. The limestone-rich soil and maturation on the full lees in 1,000-liter oak barrels create a wine with mineral spiciness and excellent aging potential.
Pinot Gris Reserve
Fully ripe grapes from a sheltered south-facing site were hand-selected and pressed after two days of skin contact. The wine was aged for over 10 months in oak barrels. The wine presents a rich amber color. The palate is dominated by mineral fullness, complemented by mild acidity and fascinating aromas of hazelnut, plum and cinnamon. Balanced tannins and a creamy texture.
Tradition, Grüner Veltliner, Weinviertel DAC Reserve
Living tradition: Strict grape selection and extended maturation on the lees yield, by spring, a wine distinguished by its linearity and expressive character. Exotic fruit aromas on the nose, juicy and spicy on the palate with a mineral finish. The label features an excerpt from our oldest wine code, dating back to 1309. A tribute to our region’s long winemaking tradition.
Ortolan, Cuvée Prestige Reserve
85% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Blanc, 5% Pinot Gris, matured in a Burgundian style for just under a year on the full lees in 500 l oak barrels. The nose offers ripe banana, honeydew melon, and sweet tobacco with toasted notes; on the palate, milk caramel and vanilla, beautiful richness, a warmer fruit profile with cool mineral notes on the finish, and excellent development potential.
Ried Kirchberg, Nature Reserve Field Blend
Deep, layered aromas of apples, white fruit, delicate herbs, and abundant spice. Full-bodied and concentrated on the palate, with roasted almonds, a hint of rose petals, pronounced minerality, and a rich, powerful finish. Six different grape varieties from vines up to 60 years old in the south-facing Kirchberg vineyard are harvested and fermented together, then matured for up to a year on the full lees in large oak barrels. Impressive for its mineral spice, complexity, and outstanding aging potential.
