Pinot Blanc Reserve
Complex fruit bouquet with nutty notes, on the palate ripe pears, orange, and delicate caramel, creamy and full-bodied with full fruit and balanced acidity, multilayered in the long mineral finish. A versatile food companion with great development potential.
Ried Rabenstein, Grüner Veltliner, Weinviertel DAC Reserve
Spicy and fruity aroma, underlined by tobacco, pepper, and roasted notes. On the palate, delicately creamy, dense, and powerful with notes of pear, pineapple, and candied lime. Rich in extract with fresh acidity and lively minerality in the long finish. The Rabenstein site, with vines up to 50 years old, produces Veltliner with great character. The calcareous soil and aging on full lees in 1000-liter oak barrels create a wine with mineral spice and great aging potential.
Pinot Gris Reserve
Ripe grapes from a protected south-facing site were hand-selected and pressed after two days of maceration. The aging took place over 10 months in oak barrels. The wine presents itself in a strong amber color. On the palate, mineral richness dominates alongside mild acidity and fascinating aromas of hazelnut, plum, and cinnamon. Balanced tannins and a creamy texture.
Tradition, Grüner Veltliner, Weinviertel DAC Reserve
Lived tradition: Strict grape selection and long aging on the lees bring a wine to spring that impresses with its straightforwardness and expressiveness. On the nose, exotic fruit character; on the palate, juicy and spicy with a mineral aftertaste. The label shows an excerpt from our oldest wine law book from 1309. A tribute to the long winemaking tradition of our region.
Ortolan, Cuvée Prestige Reserve
85% Chardonnay, 10% Weißburgunder, 5% Grauburgunder, aged in Burgundian style for just under a year on the full lees in 500-liter oak barrels. On the nose, ripe banana, honeydew melon, and sweet tobacco with roasted notes; on the palate, milk caramel and vanilla, nice fullness, warmer fruit arc with cool-mineral notes on the finish, great development potential.
Ried Kirchberg, Nature Reserve Field Blend
Deep fruity and complex aromas of apples, white fruits, fine herbs, and lots of spice. Full-bodied and concentrated on the palate, roasted almonds, a hint of rose petals, very mineral-driven, full-bodied and powerful in the long finish. Six different grape varieties from vineyards up to 60 years old on the south-facing Kirchberg slope are harvested and fermented together and then aged for up to a year on the full lees in large oak barrels. Impressive due to the mineral spice, complexity, and great aging potential.
