A.) DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Delivery area
We deliver within the EU (for orders outside Austria and Germany, please contact us regarding shipping costs)

Minimum order quantity
There is no minimum order value. Individual sample packages are possible with all products.

Delivery 
The goods are delivered in boxes by post, train, courier, or freight forwarder. Delivery is only made Monday to Friday. Evening delivery is not possible.

Packaging
Bottles are repacked into special shipping boxes as needed.

Delivery time
We offer a delivery time of 3 - 5 working days within Austria and Germany. 

Shipping costs
The surcharge for freight and packaging depends on your order quantity (purchase value in euros). Your shopping cart shows the amount due. If you change the order quantity, please click "Update cart" afterwards to recalculate everything. 

Transport insurance
All shipments are insured against breakage or theft at no additional cost to the customer.

Delivery conditions

In case the ordered goods are not available, we reserve the right to provide a service of equivalent quality and price. In case the ordered goods are not available, we reserve the right not to deliver. Payments already made will then be refunded immediately. We usually inform you in these cases.

Complaints and returns

If the delivered goods show transport damage, please have this immediately confirmed by the carrier in an informal letter. Contact us within 48 hours and please refrain from returning the goods until then.

Warranty

All goods from our shop come with statutory warranty claims.

B.) Payment terms

Payment on invoice

After your order, you will receive an invoice from us by email, requesting payment by bank transfer. 

Payment via Paypal

Payment is made via your PayPal account. In this case, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal site during the ordering process. There you can log in with your login data and then confirm the payment. The debit is made by credit card, direct debit, or balance—depending on which payment method you have stored with PayPal. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one on the PayPal site.

Payment is made via your Amazon account. In this case, you will be automatically redirected to the Amazon site during the ordering process. There you can log in with your login data and then confirm the payment. The debit is made by credit card, direct debit, or balance—depending on which payment method you have stored with Amazon. C.) OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

Conclusion of the Purchase Contract
The purchase contract is concluded by the online order (specifically: the buyer clicking on "Submit Order" and our order confirmation, which we regularly send by email).

Price Information
All prices are final prices in EUR including the applicable VAT valid in Austria. Prices valid at the time of order apply.

Vintage Information
The bottle images do not always correspond to the currently available vintages. We reserve the right to deliver the respective successor vintage in case of a sold-out vintage. 

Miscellaneous
Our offer is non-binding; prior sales are reserved. The stated prices are binding until updated. Price changes and printing errors reserved.

The goods remain our property until full payment is made. The purchase contract is subject to Austrian law. Place of jurisdiction: 2162 Falkenstein

D) ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION according to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR Regulation:

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ find. We are willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure.
