Spicy and fruity aroma, underlined by tobacco, pepper, and roasted notes. On the palate, delicately creamy, dense, and powerful with notes of pear, pineapple, and candied lime. Rich in extract with fresh acidity and lively minerality in the long finish. The Rabenstein vineyard, with vines up to 50 years old, produces Veltliner with a lot of character. The chalky soil and aging on full yeast in 1,000 and 3,000-liter oak barrels create a wine with mineral spice and great aging potential. The label features an excerpt from our oldest wine law book from 1309. A tribute to the long winemaking tradition of our region.
