Rosé from the Province MAGNUM 2022

Juice drawn from Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, fermented in new Allier oak barrels and left to rest on the lees for a long time without sulfur. As the name playfully suggests, the inspiration comes from great Provençal rosé wines. Bright, dense, especially aromatic and lively.

Medium salmon pink, with brass reflections. Delicately notes of peach and strawberry jam, a hint of candied orange peel, underlined by meadow herbs. Firm, tightly knit, fine peach fruit, subtle sweetness on the finish, lively, a fruit-elegant summer wine.
