Deep-fruited and complex aromas of apples, white fruits, delicate herbs, and plenty of spice.

Full-bodied and concentrated on the palate, with roasted almonds, a hint of rose petals, very mineral-driven, full-flavored and powerful in the long finish. Six different grape varieties from vineyards up to 60 years old on the south-facing Kirchberg slope are harvested and fermented together, then aged for up to a year on the full lees in large oak barrels. Impressive due to its mineral spiciness, complexity, and great aging potential.
