Complex fruit bouquet with nutty notes, ripe pears, orange, and delicate caramel on the palate, creamy and full-bodied with rich fruit and balanced acidity, multilayered in the long mineral finish. A versatile food companion with great development potential. The label features an excerpt from our oldest wine law book from 1309. A tribute to the long winemaking tradition of our region.
