Spicy and fruity aroma, underlined by tobacco, pepper, and roasted notes. On the palate, delicately creamy, dense, and powerful with notes of pear, pineapple, and candied limes. Rich in extract with fresh acidity and lively minerality in the long finish. The Rabenstein vineyard, with vines up to 50 years old, produces Veltliner with a lot of character. The limestone-rich soil and aging on full yeast in 1000-liter oak barrels create a wine with mineral spice and great aging potential.
