Our pomace brandy made from Pinot Noir grapes impresses with its strong roasted aromas and reminds one of nougat and vanilla. Delicate hints of pickled cider pears delight the palate. A dense and well-integrated tannin structure creates a pleasant, rounded finish. The bright amber color of the pomace brandy comes from aging for 5 years in oak barrels.
